Terms of Service

These starter terms apply to services provided by Take Out. Have them reviewed by a qualified attorney and customized to your business before publishing.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes given by phone, text, email or through this website are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. Volume, weight, access and labor can change the price if conditions differ from what was described.

Scheduling and access

Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather or earlier jobs. You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the items, including gate codes, parking and elevator reservations where applicable.

Items we cannot accept

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, solvents, paint, fuels, asbestos, medical waste and similar regulated materials. If such items are present we will decline them and continue with the rest of the job.

Your property and belongings

You confirm that you own the items being removed or are authorized to have them removed. Removal is final. Please check for valuables and personal documents before we load.

Liability

We take care in and around your property. Claims for damage must be reported promptly so we can inspect and resolve them. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
